Return Policy

At laptopsgadget.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order (except for custom-made items such as suits & dresses).

To Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@laptopsgadget.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any documentation, tags, or accessories that came with it.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please Note:

– Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Return Address: The address on the package is not the return address. Please contact us first to get the correct return address.
– Unaccepted Returns: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange:

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 7 days of their delivery date, except for products designated as non-returnable on the site.

1. Time Frame: We do not accept returns after the 7-day time frame.
2. Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.
3. Proper Packaging: Pack your return package properly to avoid damage during transit.
4. Trackable Shipping: Use a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
5. Promotional Gifts: Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items.

What Cannot Be Returned:

– Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
– Items with broken hygiene seals
– Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts

Order Cancellation:

– Within 24 Hours: Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us at info@laptopsgadget.com.
– After 48 Hours but Before Shipment: A 10% cancellation fee is applied.
– After Shipment: We do not accept order cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.

Refund Process:

– Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 3-5 days upon receipt of your package.
– Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
